Meet the Teachers

Molly

Molly first came to yoga at the age of 16 in Devon, where the practice began as a place of movement, curiosity and return. Over time, yoga became a steady companion, one she continued to lean into while working in high-pressure corporate roles in London, where it offered an antidote to a fast, demanding lifestyle.

As her relationship with yoga deepened, the practice evolved into a personal path of healing for body, mind and soul. Alongside physical practice, Molly spends time studying yoga philosophy and meditation, allowing these teachings to inform not only how she moves, but how she lives.

Molly teaches strength-based Vinyasa Flow and Ashtanga, with additional training in Hot Yoga. She completed her 200hr Yoga Rhythm Teacher Training with Charli Van Ness at Spirit Ash Studio and is continuing her studies with a 300hr Teacher Training with Talia Sutra Love and All Is Coming in Rishikesh.

Her teaching is rooted in presence, discipline and devotion to the practice. Molly focuses on guiding students to develop flexibility, strength and a steady sense of calm, creating classes that feel supportive, mindful and accessible.

Elissia

Elissia's yoga journey began at the age of 13 and has evolved into a deeply embodied practice rooted in the healing powers of movement, breath and self-inquiry. She has been teaching yoga for nearly five years, completing her 200hr Vinyasa teacher training before going on to further her studies with a 300hr teacher training in Kundalini Yoga in Rishikesh, alongside extensive training in Yin Yoga. Having taught and managed in yoga studios across London, Elissia has a deep understanding of the student experience, from stepping into a class for the first time to building a sustainable, long-term practice.

Elissia is the co-founder of Sundari, a women’s community through which she runs yoga retreats, cacao ceremonies and ecstatic dance events across the UK and internationally. She is also a trained cacao facilitator and an ecstatic dance DJ, with a deep passion for music and for curating immersive, heart-led dance journeys that invite freedom of expression, connection and release.

Her teaching is shaped by her own healing journey with yoga, movement, music and ceremony, supporting students to gently work through stress, anxiety and stored tension.

Expect classes that are grounding yet energising, intuitive and inclusive, blending heat-building movement with moments of stillness and self-connection. With a calm, warm and encouraging presence, Elissia invites students to explore at their own pace and leave feeling balanced, empowered and more at home in themselves.

Rachel is a yoga teacher who believes movement should feel good and be fun. Until last year, she was working in the city in London, where burnout nudged her to reassess her pace of life. Choosing something slower and more intentional, she completed her yoga teacher training and made the move to Devon to embrace a lifestyle more aligned with balance and wellbeing.

She now teaches Vinyasa and Yin, offering a blend of dynamic, creative flow and deeply restorative stillness. Her Vinyasa classes are energising and playful, designed to build strength and confidence while keeping things light. Her Yin sessions invite students to slow down, soften, and reconnect.

Rachel creates classes where you can move, breathe, reset and maybe even laugh along the way.
